Richard is currently the music director at St. Paul the Apostle in Greensboro but, when not busy with this job or his investing activities, is available for accompanying/collaborative performance, solo performance, and teaching. He is enjoys traveling, with international performance experience in Australia, Croatia, and Italy. He earned a DMA in collaborative piano at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) where he was a recipient of a Hayes Fellowship. He received his MM in piano performance at UNCG in the studio of Dr. Andrew Willis and his BFA in piano performance from the Robert E. Cook Honors College at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in the studio of Dr. James Staples. He has also spent nearly a year’s worth of time at the University of Zagreb, Croatia.
